Strata Industrial Partners represents the formal institutional alignment of four organizations that collaborated through a Co-GP partnership beginning in 2020. That partnership acquired approximately 2.8 million square feet and $325 million of multi-tenant industrial assets before the principals elected to launch Strata as a dedicated, long-term platform.
